Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use this Website.

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, USING, REGISTERING WITH, OR PLACING AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE (THE “WEBSHOP”) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC. BY USING THE WEBSHOP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

The legal Terms and conditions apply to the use of the web shop, registration, purchase and all e-commerce transactions between the parties listed in this contract. Purchases in the Webshop are regulated by Act no. 102/2014 Coll. On consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the premises of the seller and on the amendment of certain laws.

EUROMOTORS s.r.o. ( the “Operator“ ) may freely change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the range of products sold, the purchase price, dates, etc. The change is effective from the date of publication in the online store. The changes do not apply to closed contracts (confirmed orders).

These general Terms and conditions cover the distribution of all goods and products distributed by the Operator.

Some Webshop services are available without registration. However, some services are subject to registration (and subsequent login).

The order is considered a contract concluded on the Internet but not in writing. The contract is concluded in the Slovak language under the applicable law of the Slovak Republic.

The provision of data required for the use of the Webshop and the use of Webshop service is voluntary. The Operator may use the Data only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service, as stated in the information on Data Management.

The Contracting Parties have agreed that the communication between the Operator and the User is through an e-mail address provided for registration or order, it is considered a written communication.
